It is important to mention the cooperation between ABF Busovača and the health care center of Busovača as well as Busovača radio station. Both facilities have given their best contribution to the work and development of ABF. Many medical workers were ABF ‘s participants. Also, dr. Nada Petrović has given a great contribution herself by lecturing in both, Busovača and Kaćuni department about the breast and uterus cancer. Radio Busovača has informed all the citizens about all of the activities going on in ABF.
It is a great pleasure for ABF to be recognized and financially supported by local government, and the mayors, both previous and current one. ABF was financially supported in September 2008 to go to Malmö and to represent Busovača and Bosnia and Herzegovina with a presentation named HOW TO BUILD UP AN ORGANIZATION POSTWAR.
The significance for ABF’s work in 2008 is in the following:
-the continuity in work
-the Swedish based model of learning was totally accepted by citizens, and people continually use the services of ABF
-significant help by municipality in supporting ABF is very important for the future of the centre
-visit of ABF’s delegation to Malmö
-Olof Palme Center’s visit to ABF Busovača
-education for citizens from municipalities other than Busovača
-multi ethnicity of the participants, leaders and the Board members
Disadvantages are found to be solvable by engaging more persons, members and organizations into the work of ABF in the future times.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
